  • Too many ads

An add after every single challenge is just too many. Some ads were longer than some of the early challenges.
  • Still seeing ads after paying for removal

I would’ve rated this 5 star as it’s a great game. But feel a bit cheated that after paying for ad removal I still see ads at the bottom of the screen. When you charge money for ad removal ALL ads should be disabled. Just like other apps do.
  • Best 2048 app - but needs “undo”

This is the best 2048 app on the App Store. The colors are nice, the font is right. It just works! 5/5 Negatives: 1. Even in just a sandbox mode (not scoreboard) - it would be nice to have an unlimited undo button to just see how high you can get 2. 2048 is hard to get to! But the game only congratulates you the first time you do it! How about a nice well done each time you do it! Otherwise - play this app every day. Well done developers.
  • Ridiculous!

You can spend a couple of hours building up a high score, but then, if you have to stop for some reason, there is no way to RESUME your game. You have to start from scratch again. I would have given 5 stars, but the lack of a RESUME facility means there’s no point starting a game unless you know you have a spare 3 or 4 hours ahead of you. So I rarely bother. Shame!
  • Very addictive

It’s now become a personal challenge - have managed to do the 2048 yet and its driving me mad! Hate the ads - would be nice to be able to get rid of them....

I like the interface and really enjoy the mental challenge as part of my anti-dementia training. However, I also don’t like ads so am happy to pay to have them removed. So imagine my disappointment that on finishing my first game after removing ads to find a 30 second ad for ToonBlast 😳

WTF??? I paid to remove ads and I get an EULA forcing me to allow you to track my use of the app and bombard me with advertisements? What kind of money-grabbing nonsense is this? If I buy an app then I expect to be able to use it unhindered and untracked.
  • Fun game, constant and unskippable adverts

  • The ads are bugging out the game

After 6 years of playing this game, the ads are ruining it! I get that ads are needed, it’s after all free, but they are affecting the playability in later updates. 1. Some ads you cannot close at all! Making you force quit the game! That in turn freezes your game when you open it next time, and then clears your board the third time you open it. 2. Ads open slow screwing up some of your moves 3. Recent update now sometimes freezes the game. I’m playing on a iPhone XS, so the processor in it should have enough juice to run 2048 I think...
